*Store pickup is valid only at the specific store selected by the customer when placing an order, during the store’s regular operating hours (excluding Sundays), only for orders confirmed via In-Store Order Pickup Notification email. Most orders are ready within a few hours; however, please allow extra processing time on items requiring assembly or large orders. Subject to availability. Standard Delivery

Items in stock will generally be shipped via USPS and charged a standard shipping rate based on the total merchandise weight and size. Items that ship Standard Delivery arrives in 3-7 business days. Warehouse ships Tuesday - Friday, 9 am PST - 2 pm PST. Item will be shipped during the earliest shipping window. Example - If an item is purchased Sunday, it will be shipped Tuesday. 

Rush Delivery

For an additional cost, we can ship orders received by noon PST (Tues-Fri) to arrive in 2-3 business days (2-Day Rush). For an additional fee, we can ship orders received by noon ET (Tues-Fri) to arrive in 1-2 business days (1-Day Rush).

International Delivery & Freight Forwarding

We ship only to U.S. addresses. We do not ship to the U.S. Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. However, international clients can have orders delivered to a freight forwarder of their choice located within the U.S.


Pricing & Information Disclaimer

Our goal is to provide accuracy in all prices, delivery rates, and other information. All prices online are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of certain merchandise. We reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

Return Shipments

Once an order has been loaded and en route to the shipping address, Forever Tile and Stone will charge all applicable shipping fees as part of the return. The customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and returns shipping costs.


When your order arrives, you want to be sure the quantities match what you ordered. To guarantee customer satisfaction, please make a note of the following when receiving your order:

  • Visually inspect the condition and entirety of the shipment; make sure to note missing items and photograph damaged materials. 
  • The order confirmation email you received lists all the materials and quantities you ordered. You will need to examine the shipment and count each item to make sure everything ordered has been received.
  • Unless specifically requested (additional cost), all deliveries are curbside. 
  • Once delivered, it is recommended that you store the flooring material in the location where it is to be installed. This will serve two purposes: 1) it will allow the flooring material to acclimate, and 2) it will reduce the number of times you will have to move the flooring. Boxes of flooring material can weigh as much as up to 65 lbs. depending on the product.
